GHK-Cu

GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide found in the human body. It is made from three amino acids — glycine, histidine, and lysine — combined with copper. GHK-Cu has been researched for its role in skin regeneration, collagen production, wound healing, inflammation, and tissue remodeling.

How Does It Work?

GHK-Cu acts as a signaling molecule involved in repair and regeneration.

Research suggests it may:

• Support collagen and elastin production

• Stimulate fibroblast activity

• Support new blood vessel formation

• Influence tissue-remodeling pathways

• Provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects

• Support cellular repair

Potential Benefits

SKIN & ANTI-AGING

• Collagen and elastin production

• Skin firmness and elasticity

• Fine lines and wrinkles

• Skin texture and appearance

• Photodamage and pigmentation

• Overall skin regeneration

HAIR & SCALP

• Hair follicle health

• Hair growth and thickness

• Scalp health

• Hair follicle regeneration

WOUND & TISSUE REPAIR

• Wound-healing pathways

• Tissue remodeling

• Cellular repair

• Formation of new blood vessels

• Recovery following skin or tissue damage

INFLAMMATION & ANTIOXIDANT SUPPORT

GHK-Cu has demonstrated anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity in laboratory and preclinical research, which may contribute to its tissue-protective effects.

Possible Side Effects:

• Skin irritation

• Redness

• Itching or sensitivity

• Allergic reactions

The safety profile of injectable GHK-Cu is much less established, with limited human safety data.

Important to Know:

GHK-Cu has promising research involving skin regeneration and tissue remodeling, but evidence varies considerably depending on how it is used.

Injectable GHK-Cu is not an FDA-approved medication, and long-term injectable safety and effectiveness have not been established.
